This cowl is perfect to get acquainted with the new Frullesk technique. The pattern is created with a simple Frullesk stitch and is knitted in the round.
The inside of the cowl is being dominated by one colour and on the outside you see a woven look of 2 yarns.
You can adjust the size yourself when needed.
Any sockyarn will work. Just make sure you use 2 different colours or one solid and one multicolour. The two stripes can be made with a leftover.
The pattern
The pattern describes in detail how to work the cowl, the used Frullesk stitch, the cast-on (with pictures) and the cast-off.
With the pattern you get an article ‘Introduction to Frullesk’ that contains a full description of 5 pages of the new technique Frullesk that helps you understand and practise with the required knitting method, how to read the charts, etc.
Before you start working on the cowl, it is important to read the article and to do the exercises to learn the new technique. Have fun!
